By approving a quote or booking a service with Neatcore Cleaning Services, you agree to the following:

\nService Scope: Services will be completed according to the scope outlined in the approved quote on the scheduled service date.
\nSatisfaction & Re-Clean Guarantee: Our cleaners welcome reasonable touch-up requests while onsite. If you are not satisfied with a service in accordance with the agreed scope, we offer one complimentary re-clean within 24 hours of the original service. Please notify us within 24 hours and provide photos or videos of the concern.
\nPayment by Card: We primarily accept credit and debit card payments. A payment card may be securely saved before the scheduled appointment. Your card will not be charged until the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
\nE-Transfer Payments: Clients paying by e-transfer are required to pay a 50% deposit to secure their appointment. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the service.
\nLate Payments: A 2% late fee will be applied to the outstanding service balance for each month payment remains overdue. Future scheduled services may be placed on hold until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
\nProperty Access: Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.
\nAdditional Charges: Additional fees may apply for excessive buildup, excessive pet hair, biohazards, or cleaning requests outside the approved service scope. Any additional charges will be communicated where reasonably possible.
\nValuables & Pets: Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, personal belongings, and pets before our cleaners arrive.
\nCancellations & Rescheduling: At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. A $40 cancellation fee may apply when sufficient notice is not provided.
\nDeep Cleaning & Add-Ons: Deep cleans, appliance interiors, and other add-on services may require additional time depending on the property's condition. The condition of the property may affect the final scope of work.
\nPre-Existing Conditions: Neatcore Cleaning Services is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing damage, improperly secured fixtures, worn or deteriorated surfaces, defective materials, or conditions that were not disclosed prior to service.
\nUnsafe Conditions & Rescheduling: We reserve the right to reschedule a service due to severe weather, unsafe working conditions, lack of safe access, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to arrange a new appointment.
